#Activity
You will be broken into your sleeping groups (Groups of 4). In your groups;
If you choose to lead the group in the walk, you are to come up with a reflection activity in the half hour break (i.e. reflection through drawing, sharing with the group a story you think could reflect back to team, have the team write a strength and weaknesses letter to each player, etc). Also, during the walk think of creative ways to motivate and encourage your team mates.
(2 groups can opt for this)If you choose to lead the group in an activity, each Group are to come up with a team building game be able to facilitate or relate back the activity to the team during the debrief that you will be conducting. You will be given approximately one hour for the activity and half an hour for debriefing.

#Debriefing
Tool to use during debriefing are the DISC profiles. Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance. Please research online to get an idea of what these profiles are and how to use them.
Identify the experiential learning cycle that has occurred in every activity.
Experience (e.g. i am unable to keep up during the Trek) Reflection (did not train up that’s why I’m tired) Analysation (I should have trained up first so im more prepared) Action (I am going to train up the next time)
It is important to relate back the reflection process back to the team and training.
