NTL
hey Coyotes...
its that time of the year again!
yup..the upcoming NTL is just round the corner...literally...
firstly...i wanna thank those hu have been coming regularly for trgs..thanks guys..ur commitment to the team is greatly appreciated..and in fact tremendous improvement was noted in the positive change of attitude, ball skills and overall game performance...again..KUDOS to all...
now...on wed trg(04.07.07) i brought up the suggestion of having trg on fri as well..well u see..the reason behind it is that we just dun have time to bond and play as a team..we gotta put in more effort in order to do well..u see..firstly, our training isnt that tough...im sure u guys would remenber how trgs were like wen u guys were back in ur respective polys/jcs where trg was rather more consistent and intensive...
we have to make up for lost time...i sincerely believe that we are the underdogs this time..and lets prove them wrong..
do not look at the extra trg as a burden but more of an investments where the results are to only be reaped later at the finals(hopefully)..i suggest that only the nest 2 weeks we have the 3 days a week trg...cos when NTL stats we shouldnt overwork ourselves.2 days a week of real intensive trgs.we will start with a Bang!
and if i could suggest that the tradition of having a themed week for every sat for each NTL should be preserved and practised. :)
i hope that everyone will do their part and contribute to the team.everyone plays in the success of SRCoyotes.
i noe im saying alot already.let me say my peace aite. :)
some coyotes have gone up to the Barras.to me;no love lost.no offence to nure,chong n mag.cos we have not lost them as friends but as players.thus we are not at the losing end cos players can be trained and groomed.but heart and attitude is more difficult to inculcate.and we have not suffered a loss with the movement of players but i sincerely feel that we have opened the doors of opportunities for the rest of us to shine. :)

and yes, i agree tt ntl dis year will give everyone the equal opportunity to shine..
i am so looking forward to seeing us grow together. aye n yups, we shud haf tt themed-thingy..i likeee...
ohh n i heard you guys performed great yest wed trng :D too bad i missed tt heh.
