FINAL DEBRIEF

...1 day to camp sparkle...

Just a few important reminders:

1. Please bring ur wet weather gear. be it ponchos, raincoats or umbrellas. the weather doesn't look good these days so make sure u bring ur jumpers too. Its also important that everyone waterproof ur gears and ur food. just use the black trash bag and layer the inside of ur bag before u put ur stuff in.
2. Ensure that u haf one litre worth of water being carried around. Just to make sure none of you get dehydrated. Then we no need to call the ambulance heh. also ensure you wear your sunblocks.
3. Please bring ur own first aid kit. most importantly for those who have asthma or anything other please bring ur meds. most important first aid to bring are plasters. for ur blisters and anything else that u think u might need. apologies for the absence of the kit as we were unable to obtain it from the club as it is missing.
4. Please try to pack all your stuff into ur bag. try not to have anything hand carried. all ur possessions including ur food and sleeping bag and water bottles should be hanging on or in ur bags during the trek.
5. in case of rain, we will still be continuing the activities. but leaders make sure u noe where the nearest shelter is in ur track. and also please prepare a simple wet weather activity/game. I do not wish to see the team unenganged at any point of time. your objective is to keep the team busy with activities for them to bond.
6. each team who are leading the team for that section of the day, you will be in charge of the whole period of time that is allocated to u. this includes ur activities, time management, safety management. I will only step in if i see that time and safety are not effectively addressed or whenever i need to. if all goes well u will not see me involved at all.
7. leaders you are also in charge of the cleaning up. remember leave only your footprints bring back only memories or photographs. I am quite anal about this. everyone should be responsible for their own rubbish.
8. Have Fun! I have seen three groups activities so far and you guys are on the right track. Just make sure u haf an objective in mind when u're running the activity and u'll be fine.
9. finally, everyone please bring also a blind fold, pen and paper along. Cheers
