NTL sparkle 2007

hey gurls. HOw's everyone recovering from our long weekend? for those of you who missed out. i really hope u guys would find out from the rest wat u missed out. and most importantly we covered defence and sub box on the last few trainings. PUHLEESE find out from the rest. thank you

Anyhoo...... NTL is on this weekend. SATURDAY. Excited? Pulse racing? blood running through ur veins? adrenaline? hehe.

Just take note the daily mantra for nTL:

1. No Alcohol before games and no smoking. I need all of you to be As fit and healthy as u can. ALternatively it would be great if everyone of you could get hold of the drink i bought u guys in NTL. ITs called 'accelerade' available at any gnc outlet. its selling for 6 dollars per bottle. one bottle could last u for 3 games. and one sip can make u tahan any weather. makes u feel like superman.
2. Please do not eat 2 hours before the game. haf an early breakfast. Carbo loading is great before a game. (maccers, pizza hut, french fries) gives u the long term energy u need for the game. so im all for it. but try not to eat anything spicy.
3. make sure there are gummies available at every game. fastest energy boost u can get. actually the fastest would be gatorade not only does it give u energy but it also makes u less thirsty. it replaces the salts that u haf lost and need during the game.
4. haf fun. be nice to each other. and lets have a great team bursting, mind blowing NTL.
